Arty Farty Bed

All seems to be going well on the plot. Most of the garlic (including the stuff in tubs) is growing well, several of the fruit trees have leaves and buds, and all 3 rhubarb plants have stalks and leaves now. We finished digging the Fartichoke bed, picked out the worst of the stones and bindweed roots, re-filled it with a good thick layer of compost along with soil, and planted the tubers I'd bought as 'fresh' artichokes in Tesco.
